We specialize in meeting individual customer needs while providing quality products and services throughout the Front Range of Colorado and Wyoming. We supply a full range of building materials including aggregate, asphalt and aggregate recycled products.
Currently we are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Roller Operator. The Paving Roller Operator is responsible for the compaction of asphalt by operating the roller machine behind the paving machine to obtain the proper density and finish texture at work sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operates roller machine to compress asphalt to maintain a smooth surface.
- Assists crew in paving operations.
- Provides day to day roller services and looks for ways to improve maintenance process or services on an ongoing basis.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- Follows all safety, compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Preferred: 3-5 years’ experience.
- Required: Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, good physical fitness, a good sense of balance, and an ability to work as a member of a team.
