It wasn’t just your run-of-the-mill managerial talk; it was an extravaganza of communication enhancement. Picture it like the Avengers assembling, but instead of superheroes, it’s our fantastic managers sharing insights, updates, and strategies to boost communication across all divisions.

We’re gearing up for an asphalt-tastic year, and we can’t wait to pave the way to success together.

Michael has been with us for a few years as a Commercial Driver, specializing in delivering oil from Wyoming to the plants as well as end dump aggregate work.

Last April, at our monthly safety meeting, Arturo from Chavers had a medical emergency during a presentation from United Power and Michael took complete command of the situation to make sure that Arturo got the help he needed.

Michael was given a certificate, a $50 gift card and will have this hard hat presented to him in recognition.

The certificate reads —   “This award is presented to Michael Rodriguez for demonstrating extraordinary courage and leadership on April 21^st, 2023 at the Fleet Maintenance Building. Your swift response during a co-worker’s diabetic emergency showcased unparalleled dedication to the well-being of others. Through your decisive actions, a life was saved. Your commitment to the safety and welfare of your colleagues sets a remarkable standard. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your outstanding service and heroic efforts.”
